This interface board is designed based on the US MACH3 software application. It has all the parallel functions of MACH3. Up to 6 axis linkage control is possible. Mainly used for the control interface of the digital control machine. Such as CNC engraving machine, laser engraving machine, flame cutting machine, CNC lathe, CNC grinding machine. On the counting equipment such as foam cutting machine and woodworking engraving machine, it has the characteristics of low price, complete functions and easy to use.

Features:

   1. Using ultra-high speed chip for signal shaping amplification and isolation, the use is safer, more stable and reliable.

   2. Equipped with 9 manual buttons on the board, you can manually control the forward and reverse speed of the XYZA4 axis motor without a computer, and an emergency stop button for emergency shutdown. This function is very convenient when making the whole machine adjustment.

Note: After the whole machine works normally. Make a chassis for this interface board. The pin is connected to the lead switch, and the related switch and indicator light are exposed outside the chassis to perfectly integrate the control panel with the MACH3 interface board. Put the motor driver into the chassis together with the power supply. A standard CNC box can be completed. There are related switches and indicators (seats) in the market, and there are many styles. After the whole is made, it is a complete CNC system.

   3. The board is equipped with 4 relay outputs. They can be connected to the power main power switch. Spindle switch, cooling pump switch, solenoid valve switch. If it is a 5-axis linkage control, only 2 relays can be used due to the problem of the computer parallel port resources. If it is a 6-axis linkage control, only one power total power switch relay can be used due to the problem of the computer parallel port resources. The action of each relay enables the relevant jumper setting. When the associated relay is pulled in, the indicator next to it will illuminate.

  4. Equipped with 0-10V or 0-5V (optional) analog output function. It is convenient for connecting to the external frequency converter and controlling the speed control of the variable frequency spindle. It is also possible to connect a peripheral laser driver to control the laser's transmit power.

  5. Power supply voltage input. Just input a 12V-35V DC power supply, and have anti-power reverse function.

  6. Open all the 12 output signal lines of the MACH3 parallel port. Support common or positive (5V) connection, output to stepper motor oil driver, servo motor driver. Up to 6 axes can be achieved. All are separated by two-way differential pairing with 10M bandwidth. An air gap isolation slot is also opened on the board. The safety factor has been further improved. Can better ensure the security of your computer and your computer's data.

7. Open all the 5 input signal lines of the MACH3 parallel port, and the total connection method. Among them, 4 channels (P11.12.13.15) are separated by two-way differential pairing with 10M bandwidth. These 4 channels can be used for the signal input pin of the spindle encoder disk or the signal input pin of the handwheel encoder disk, etc. , high demand signal transmission. The 1 way (P10) uses conventional diaphragm isolation. These 5 input signals can be connected to limit, tool setting, origin, emergency stop, encoder disk signal input and other functions.

   8. The signal amplification part of the parallel port adopts a professional isolated power supply, which does not need to be connected to the USB cable to take power, which is more convenient to use.

   9. The back of the interface board is screen printed with the marking of each function interface, which is more convenient to use.

   10. Reserved with a handwheel interface function, can be used in conjunction with our dedicated handwheel.
